In-store Returns

In-Store Returns & Exchanges 
You may bring your in-store item(s) back to the retail location you purchased from within 15 days of your purchase for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer cash, check, or card refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags attached. Purchase verification is required on all returns or exchanges. You may provide purchase verification in the form of a paper receipt, an emailed receipt, or by locating your purchase in your customer profile. We will not exchange or refund earrings, as-is, clearance, swimwear, or final sale items.

You may choose from three options when returning your purchase:

  1. Exchange. Exchange your item for another item in-store. If your item was shipped to you, we’ll provide and pay for the cost of the return shipping label.

  2. Store Credit. Receive a full refund of the returned item’s purchase price, in the form of a store credit, which can be used to make a purchase in-store.
